There is a great deal involved in the process and for occupational therapists it is critical to be proficient in our documentation skills. It is part of the reason we want to be therapists as we get to aide in that process. Thank you for sharing that part of your experience. I agree with you in being uncertain and still needing improvement in my documentation skills. I think this is something that we will continue to get better with as we experience it and hopefully will learn more about it as we return to campus.
